Justin’s practice focuses on representing and advising businesses and individuals on a variety of complex legal issues, including both transactional and litigation matters. Areas of practice include commercial litigation, landlord tenant matters, contractual issues and intellectual property matters.
Prior to starting his own practice, Justin was an attorney with Patton Boggs LLP in Denver, Colorado where he advised a diverse range of clients -- including privately and publicly held corporations, large multinational corporations and individuals -- on litigation matters in federal and state courts.
Before joining Patton Boggs, Justin was an attorney with White & Case LLP in New York City, one of the world’s largest law firms, where he focused on disputes involving intellectual property and other commercial matters. Justin advised large multinational corporations, including major pharmaceutical companies, professional sports leagues and major cable networks. While in New York City, Justin also devoted significant time to a non-profit organization, where he represented indigent women in domestic relation matters.
